Syndicate One is Belgium’s leading operator-led angel syndicate. We back the most ambitious startups and connect them with top-tier angels, operators, and VCs across Europe and the U.S.

We’re hiring our first VC intern to support the investment and platform teams. You’ll work on live deals, startup analysis, performance tracking, and platform projects that directly help founders. This is a hands-on opportunity to learn how early-stage venture capital works from the inside. You’ll report to and work closely with the full leadership team.

Responsibilities:

• Support diligence, research, and investment memo writing
• Follow up on portfolio KPIs and assist with reporting
• Help run platform projects to support portfolio companies
• Contribute to events, marketing, and community where needed

Profile:

• Master student / recent graduate in business / engineering studies
• Previous internship in banking, consulting, or equivalent analytical role
• Strong interest in venture capital and startups
• Belgian citizen or strong link to Belgium
