Support (English)
Common Questions
- Photos not loading? — Make sure you’ve granted Full Photo Library Access in Settings > Swipee > Photos.
- iCloud photos are slow? — iCloud photos need to download first. Swipee preloads nearby photos to speed this up.
- Deleted photos still visible? — iOS keeps deleted photos in Recently Deleted for 30 days. This is an iOS behavior.
- How to undo? — Tap Undo after a swipe, or restore individual photos from the trash.
Gestures
- Swipe Left → Delete
- Swipe Right → Keep
- Swipe Down → Add to album
- Swipe Up → Favorite
- Long press in grid → Multi-select mode

Swipee does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data.
- All photo and video processing happens entirely on your device.
- No images or videos are uploaded to any server.
- No analytics, tracking, or third-party SDKs are used.
- Smart classification uses Apple’s built-in Vision framework and runs fully offline.
- Face detection data is processed in memory only and is never stored or shared.
- The app accesses your Photo Library solely to help you organize, categorize, and delete photos at your request.
