The Iron Fish, LLC (the “Sponsor”) Ambassador Program (a series of 12 “Sweepstakes”) is intended as a loyalty promotion for members of the Company community and consists of 12 separate opportunities to win prizes based on random selection.
Who Can Enter: The Sweepstakes is open to individuals who are at least 18 years old and the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence at the time of entry and can successfully pass a Know Your Customer (KYC) and anti-money laundering (AML) check.
Not Eligible to Enter: Citizens or residents in any jurisdiction designated by the United Nations, European Union, any EU country, UK Treasury, or the U.S. Secretary of State as a country supporting Non-United States terrorism, or to which U.S. nationals cannot lawfully engage in transactions as designated by the Office of Foreign Assets Control, including without limitation Cuba, the Crimea, Donetsk, and Luhansk regions of Ukraine, Russia, Ecuador, Eritrea, Hong Kong, Iran, Iraq, Kyrgyzstan, North Korea, Malaysia, Sudan, Syria, Venezuela or Yemen are not eligible to enter. Employees, officers, directors, agents or other representatives of the Sponsor or of any parent company, subsidiary, or affiliate of the Sponsor (the “Promotion Parties”), and all members of their immediate family and persons living in the same household with them, whether or not related, are not eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes. Immediate family members include spouse, parent, child, sibling, including step-parents, children, siblings, half siblings, and all their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside.
Agreement to Official Rules: By entering any of the 12 Sweepstakes, you (“You”) agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding regarding all matters related to the Sweepstakes. By participating, You release, discharge and hold harmless the Promotion Parties from any claims, losses, or damages arising out of Your participation in the Sweepstakes and, if declared a Winner, the acceptance or use, misuse or possession of any Prize, as further detailed below.
How To Enter: Create a free account at https://zealy.io and join the Iron Fish questboard at https://zealy.io/ironfish/questboard. Each participant is eligable to complete tasks on the platform to earn multiple entries into the 12 individual Sweepstakes.
Additionally entrants may send a postcard to Iron Fish, LLC. 4400 Keller Avenue Oakland, CA 94605-4233 to obtain one entry once per weekly Sweepstakes. Upon Sponsor’s receipt of your entry, subject to verification and compliance with the Official Rules, Sponsor will enter you into the Promotion. Limit: 1 entry per person per week. Incomplete, forged, altered, automated, mechanically reproduced, lost, late, misdirected, garbled or illegible entries will be disqualified.
Each Sweepstake lasts for 6 days (the “Sweepstakes Week” dates/times listed below) at the end of the Sweepstakes Week, eligible entries will be placed into a random generator and winners will be determined by random selection. Winners will be announced on Discord at the end of the Sweepstakes Week. All prizes will be distributed after the entire Ambassador Program concludes (see below).
Additionally, you must maintain your Zealy account until award of any prize for which You are finally determined to be the Winner. The Sponsor will use the information in Your account for eligibility and notification purposes in connection with the Sweepstakes. You are responsible for keeping that information accurate.
MESSAGE AND DATA RATES MAY APPLY to the use of a mobile device to participate in the Sweepstakes. Consult Your wireless carrier’s pricing policies prior to participating in the Sweepstakes. Internet access is not available on all mobile devices or available or free to use in all locations.
Limit on Entries: The total number of possible entries per week is between 15,500 and 17,100 dependent on the addition of “flash” tasks. Entries can be earned by completing individual tasks in Zealy during each Sweepstakes Week. If You attempt to exceed the entry limits through the use of multiple accounts, devices, identities or by any other means, Your entry(ies) will be void and you may be disqualified from the Sweepstakes. The use of any robot, computer program, sweepstakes entry service or similar entry method is prohibited and will void Your entry(ies) and You may be disqualified from the Sweepstakes. In the event of a dispute regarding the identity of the individual entering the Sweepstakes during the Promotion Period, the authorized subscriber of the email account associated with the Company account from which the entry was received will be deemed to be the entrant and must comply with these Official Rules. Authorized subscriber means the natural person who is assigned the email address by the relevant Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the email address.
Winner Selection and Verification: During the Promotion Period, You have the chance to earn multiple entries into each weekly Sweepstakes by completing tasks at https://zealy.io/ironfish/questboard. The odds of winning a given prize are posted below. An entrant is not considered the actual winner (the “Winner”) of a prize, even if notified by the website or otherwise of their selection as a potential winner, unless and until the entrant receives an email or notification in Discord from Sponsor indicating that the entrant’s eligibility, that the prize won has been verified, and that the prize has been announced on the official Discord channel. Winning is conditioned on You complying with all of these Official Rules and any instructions in the prize notification, including completing and returning any affidavit of eligibility and/or release of liability/publicity. In the event no winner is selected for a particular prize, the potential winner of a prize cannot be reached, or the potential winner does not respond to the prize notification within the time set forth in the prize notification, redeem the prize within 90 days, or otherwise comply with any of the requirements of the prize notification, the applicable prize will not be awarded.
Winners will be chosen by Sponsor assigning numbers to entrants and placing entries into random.org (or another suitable random selection software).
