Back behind you but instead of above your head, your bottom pole cap will be level with your hip, right arm getting ready to stop your flag
Right arm grabs flag thumbs up, left hand lets go
Begin to bend over, left hand grabs flag thumbs down and left leg starts to rise up,
Left leg is straight with pointed foot and fully parallel with your body, and your body should be leaned forward with your back flat. Your flag is going around your right leg, on 7 your flag should be horizontal behind your right leg with your right hand grabbing it and your left hand getting ready to let go.
Your left leg is coming down and your flag is coming up in front of you, silk leading (0:14)
Flag is spinning flat up close to your head, body almost returned to fully straight standing
Flag is horizontal above head, arms straight, body fully returned to normal standing.

Notes: Your left leg should go up to a straight position, and be perpendicular to your right leg, and make sure your foot is pointed! Try to keep the flag parallel as you spin around your leg, balance is key for this move.
