Use the Survey Block to combine questions when you have a lot to ask. Survey Block can combine all blocks with questions.

On the dashboard, click Create block
and click Survey block
. Then you can see various settings for the Survey block.
First, Block Title is the name of the block. Please write a recognizable name as it will be difficult to find if many blocks are generated!
Next, the Embedded URL is a link to the page this block will be used for. Put it so you don't forget where you installed the block.
Note is a note that can be left on a block. Leave any notes you need.
You can change the settings below while checking the preview on the right side of the settings window. See for yourself what settings change.
You can change the Theme of the block by clicking Theme. auto
follows the visitor's system settings and can be forced to light
or dark
.
You can add multiple questions to the Survey block. Press the +Add Question
button to select Short text, Long text, Number, Phone, Mail, Poll, and A/B as Question types.
In the Question settings, you can select whether the question is a required question through Required. If Required is turned off, a mark that says (optional) is displayed and you can Submit
the question without answering it.

Survey Block provides the ability to separate and embed questions. Freely place your questions on the Notion page through separate embeddings.
