PinChat Survey is a structured questionnaire that your target audience completes over the internet generally through a filling out a form. We provide diverse features to satisfy different survey scenarios, including multiple choice, five-star rating, and user input. You can also set up the trigger keyboard to push survey automatically.

<aside> 💡 You will have to set up a survey in the chat link settings in advance to send it to the chatroom.

Please go to the Link Settings → Advanced Settings → Survey Setting to do so.

Create Survey

Step1. Set Up Survey

Click the "Create Survey" button to start creating the survey.

Step2. Create Question In Survey

<aside> 💡 You have to complete the required content above first before adding questions

1. Click the "Add question" button and you will see your first question.
2. Next, you have to click the edit button to finish setting the question.

   • In question setting process, you will be able to chose the question type, including multiple choice, five-star rating, and user input.

     

Don’t forget to click “Save survey” after you finish your survey, and you will see the survey created in your dashboard!
