Quick fixes (most issues)

  1. Update the app to the latest version on the App Store / Google Play.
  2. Restart your device.
  3. Open Steppi and keep it in the foreground for 10–20 seconds to refresh.
  4. Check time & date settings are set to automatic on your device.
