1. Introduction

NomadTax ("we," "our," or "the App") is dedicated to protecting your privacy. This policy explains how we handle your data when you use NomadTax for residency and travel tracking.

2. Data Collection and Usage

Location Data: To provide automatic residency tracking and tax residency alerts, NomadTax requires access to your device's location services. This data is used solely to generate your travel history and calculate days spent in specific tax jurisdictions.
Tax and Financial Data: Any travel records, tax proofs, or expense entries you add are your own. We do not have access to this data.
User Data: We do not collect personal identifiers such as your name or email unless you explicitly provide them for support purposes.

3. Data Storage and Security

On-Device Storage: Your data is stored locally on your device and is encrypted.
iCloud Sync: If enabled, your data is synced using your personal Apple iCloud account. We do not host your data on our own servers.
Audit Evidence: Any "Tax Proofs" or documents you upload are stored in your private device directory.

4. Third-Party Services

We use Apple's StoreKit for processing in-app purchases and subscriptions. Please refer to Apple's Privacy Policy for more information on how they handle payment data.
