Responsibilities:
- Answering user requests via Helpdesk system;
- Replying to AppStore and Google Play reviews;
- Communicating with users in a tactful and empathetic manner;
- Escalating technical issues to the QA team by creating bug tasks;
- Accumulating feedback and feature requests for Product and Marketing teams;
- Searching for ways to improve and automate Support team workflow;
- Providing a status report to your Support Lead on a daily basis;
Requirements:
- High level of English proficiency (B2 and above);
- Ability to learn quickly;
- Understanding the process of software development;
- Fixed schedule with working days on Saturday and Sunday (Monthly schedule is made at the end of the previous month, days-off can be picked from Monday to Friday. Number of days-off per week is 2)
