AW will support the invested startups with a dedicated team, see support team.
The support team is responsible for informing the AW community about the ongoing status of the invested startups.
The support team will meet with the startup founders periodically to gather information and produce a report to the AW community shared in the dedicated channel.
Angels in the community will discuss and provide feedback on the reported information, and the support team is responsible for providing this feedback to the founders.
It's up to the support team to decide how the feedback should be provided and which Angels can be involved in an additional discussion with the founders of the invested startups.
During the reports of the support team or at any other stage that an Angel sees fit, the Angels can start discussions about opportunities, potential risks, identified challenges, or any other feedback related to the invested startups.
These discussions will be moderated by the support team. For any concern or identified opportunity, they will gather this information to be provided to the founders of the invested startups.
The goal of AW is to provide value through its community of Angels, and during these discussions, the whole community is encouraged to participate with their opinions. As a community, we need to focus on what's essential, adding value. At the same time, we must remember that founders should be focused on growing their business rather than indefinitely engaging with their investors.
It’s up to the support team to decide how the feedback should be provided and which and how the discussed subjects should be passed on to the founders.
This discussion shall take place in its dedicated channel.
