Where is my data stored?

On your iPhone only. Obol does not sync or upload anything. See the Privacy Policy for details.

How do I set up Back Tap for fast entry?

In Obol, open Settings → Back Tap setup. The screen walks you through enabling Back Tap in iOS Settings and pointing it at the Add Expense shortcut.

How do I export my expenses?

Go to Settings → Export to CSV, pick a month, then tap Share. The file works in Google Sheets, Numbers, and Excel.

I lost my data after deleting the app.

Obol stores everything locally and does not back up to iCloud. Reinstalling does not restore deleted data. Use CSV export to keep your own backup.
