After the passing of [SCP-117] All Support responsibilities are now aligned under the Operations Workstream. Customer Support is currently provided exclusively through discord with live service hours from 9am - 8pm MST Monday - Friday (no live customer support on the weekends)
All Ticket logs are recorded and tracked through TicketsBot
All Helpdesk articles are generated and maintained by Operations through Gitbook
