If you have an urgent and/or critical issue, we recommend that you raise a ticket in order to receive the fastest response. Please note that a valid email address is required.
In order to streamline support requests, we utilise a ticket system. Each request is assigned a unique ticket number, which you can use to track progress and responses. For your reference, we provide a complete history of all your support tickets.
All support will be rendered as per your Support Agreement – 0900–2100 on weekdays. Please note that support is available on public holidays via prior arrangement only. If you do not have a Support Agreement, our office is open 0900–1800 for enquiries.
