How do I create my first habit? Open the app → tap the Discover tab → browse Icon routines → tap Activate on any routine. All its habits will be added to your daily schedule automatically.
Can I create custom habits? Yes! Go to the Today tab → tap + to add a custom habit with your own name, icon, and schedule.
What are Icon Routines? Icon Routines are pre-built daily schedules inspired by the habits of elite athletes, entrepreneurs, and thinkers. Each one comes with timed habits in the right order — so you don't have to figure out what to do.
How do streaks work? A streak counts consecutive days where you've completed at least one habit. Miss a day and the streak resets to zero. Your longest streak is always saved.
What is Night Owl Mode? If you complete habits after midnight, Night Owl Mode gives you a grace period so those habits still count toward the previous day's streak. You can configure this in Settings.
How does XP work? Every completed habit earns XP. Longer habits and focus timer sessions earn more. XP accumulates to level you up from Beginner → Apprentice → Intermediate → Advanced → Expert → Master.
What are achievements? Badges you unlock for milestones — like hitting a 7-day streak, completing 100 habits, or reaching Level 10. View them in your Profile tab.
How does the Pomodoro timer work? Start a focus session from any habit → choose your duration → work in focused blocks with short breaks. You earn XP proportional to the time you stay focused.
Can I use the timer on Apple Watch? Yes! Start a session on your iPhone and it automatically appears on your Apple Watch. You can also start sessions directly from the Watch app.
