What are credits and how do they work? Credits are the units you use to generate plans. Every new account receives 3 free credits. Each plan generation costs 1 credit. You can purchase additional credits through in-app purchases.
My purchased credits haven't appeared in my account? Credits are automatically added to your account after purchase. If they haven't appeared, tap the "Restore Purchases" button in the app. If the issue persists, please contact us.
Why is my location showing incorrectly? Location accuracy depends on your device's GPS signal. For better results, make sure your location services are enabled and try in an open area.
How can I delete my account? You can permanently delete your account by tapping the "Delete Account" button at the bottom of the Profile page. This action cannot be undone.
How many credits does a trip plan cost? Trip plans can cost between 1 and 20 credits depending on the duration and scope of the trip. The required credit amount is shown to you before generating the plan.
Can I request a refund? Purchases are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. For refund requests, please follow the refund process of the respective platform.
