These Terms of Service (the "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between SuperPaste Team ("we", "us", and "our") and an individual user or an entity ("you" and "your") accessing or using the macOS application SuperPaste (the "Application") and the related website (the "Website").
We grant you a worldwide, personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and limited license to use SuperPaste pursuant to these Terms.
Although we regularly monitor the information available on the Website and SuperPaste, we cannot guarantee the accuracy, reliability, currency, relevance, and completeness of all information available.
SuperPaste and the Website may contain links to websites, applications, and other online sources owned and operated by third parties. We are not responsible or liable in any manner for the content of such third-party links, information, and advertisements, as well as the security and privacy practices deployed by the operators of the third-party websites.
Any general requests for customer support should be addressed to us by email at support@superpaste.app or through the support channels available in the Application.
A part of the services provided through SuperPaste is subject to subscription fees or one-time purchase fees (the "Fees"). The Fees remain valid as long as they are indicated on the Mac App Store or our official website. The Fees are subject to change with prior notice. Unless stated otherwise, the Fees include all applicable taxes, levies, or duties imposed by taxing authorities.
All payments related to SuperPaste, including the Fees, are processed by third-party payment processors including Apple App Store and other authorized payment providers (the "Processors"). The Processors are solely responsible for handling your payments. We do not directly collect or process payment information. You agree not to hold us liable for payments that do not reach us because you have provided incorrect payment information or the Processors refused the payment for any other reason.
You may be offered a trial period by the Mac App Store or through our promotional offerings. For further details, please refer to the specific terms of the trial offer.
