This Super Scholarship Agreement (the "Agreement") is entered into as of Entry Date by and between WikiWe Common Forum (Draft) ("Provider") and you ("Recipient"), an individual.
WHEREAS, the Provider is offering a 10-week Super Bootcamp (the "Program") to provide education and training in developing Super Sites;
WHEREAS, the Recipient desires to participate in the Program and has demonstrated financial need or merit, as determined by the Provider; and
WHEREAS, the Provider agrees to grant a scholarship to the Recipient, subject to the terms and conditions set forth herein.
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual covenants and promises contained herein, and for other good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged, the parties hereto agree as follows:
Scholarship Award
1.1. The Provider hereby grants to the Recipient a scholarship (the "Scholarship") in the amount of $45 for the Program, which shall be applied directly to the Recipient's tuition fees.
Eligibility and Conditions
2.1. The Recipient must meet all eligibility requirements for participation in the Program, as determined by the Provider in its sole discretion.
2.2. The Recipient shall maintain satisfactory academic progress, as determined by the Provider, throughout the duration of the Program.
2.3. The Recipient shall adhere to the Provider's Principles and Values and the following Beginners Promise
Scholar’s Promises
2.4. The Recipient shall complete the Program within the 10-week period, unless otherwise approved in writing by the Provider.
Termination and Repayment
3.1. In the event that the Recipient fails to maintain satisfactory academic progress, violates any of the Provider's policies, rules, regulations, or applicable codes of conduct or ethics, or withdraws from the Program prior to its completion, the Provider reserves the right to terminate the Scholarship and may require the Recipient to repay all or a portion of the Scholarship Amount.
3.2. In the event of termination of the Scholarship, the Provider shall provide written notice to the Recipient, specifying the grounds for termination and any required repayment.
Miscellaneous
4.1. This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior negotiations, understandings, and agreements, whether written or oral, between the parties.
4.2. This Agreement may be amended only by a written instrument signed by both parties.
4.3. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Utah IDR without regard to its conflicts of laws principles.
