1. Spin flag to the left, flag will be down on 1, left arm will begin to mirror the flag spinning as it moves up to 2
2. Flag up, left arm still coming up, as flag reaches 3 it will become horizontal
3. grab flag with left hand thumbs down
4. grab flag with right hand (readjust it to thumbs down)
5. flag starts spinning counterclockwise/to your right
6. Pole leads behind your back, flag will be up on 6 behind your head
7. Silk leads down in front of you and will be pointing towards the ground on 7
8. Back to ready position
