• use resources company gives you (give numbers personal to them & build off problems they have and don't have a solution yet)
• use credible sources (no BS)
• Focus on 3 aspects for research (see picture above):
  • company
  • industry (competitors)
  • field (what company & competitors trying to solve)
• don't come up with a solution that already exists
