Assess the team's technical expertise and the level of development of their product. Are they able to explain the underlying technology and its functionalities? Is the product developed enough to demonstrate its use in real-world scenarios?

Judges grade code completeness and originality. They will look at how much of the project's code has been written, whether working code has been deployed on the network, and how much of the code represents an original effort by the project team.

Key criteria: Project code written, Deployability, Originality | | | | Judges will consider the technical feasibility of projects, from their efficiency to their complexity. They will look at the likelihood that the project will work when deployed on the Sui network. They will also consider if the code will run well, including resource usage. Making good use of Sui Move features, and demonstrating a knowledge of how to leverage them, will help project ratings in this category. Key criteria: Unique use of Sui Move native featuresJudges will consider the technical feasibility of projects, from their efficiency to their complexity. They will look at the likelihood that the project will work when deployed on the Sui network. They will also consider if the code will run well, including resource usage. Making good use of Sui Move features, and demonstrating a knowledge of how to leverage them, will help project ratings in this category.

Specifically, projects integrating the following features should receive a higher score in this category:

zkLogin, Kiosk, Closed-Loop Token, Display, Transfer to Object, Programmable Transaction Block, or DeepBook

Key criteria: Unique use of Sui Move native features | | | | Competitive Landscape and Market Fit

Assess the competitive landscape for the project. How does the product differentiate itself from competitors? Are there any potential barriers to entry?

Judges will assess the impact the project will have on the world. It will consider if the project is solving a clear need for a specific audience group.
