We are organizing an exclusive DeFi event in Anambra as this will be our 2nd event in this state and we are seeking for sponsorship from ecosystem projects to support this onboarding event.

Our last event was successful with massive online registration and offline attendees and our target was towards crypto enthusiasts and students. This meetup will not only bring people to know and use DeFi protocols on sui but will bring onchain activity as they get to explore sui defi aspect.

Location: UNIZIK, Awka, Nigeria

Expected Attendance: 100-150+

Funding Ask

We are requesting $500 or lower each from ecosystem team across sui for this event.

The funding goes into:

• Customized merch and merchandise exclusively for your project: $800
• Logo representation and publicity: $100
• Speakers Welfare(speaking about your protocol): $150
• Publishing of the ongoing “Sui DeFi Handbook” for event attendees: $1100
• Media coverage for the event: $70
• Hall and sound: $100
• Food and drinks: $600

Total: $2,920

The entirety of the funding goes back to the community and giveaway of tokens will still take place. Our objective is to host a beautiful event and make it worth it for teams and the community.
