FloFlo Membership Subscription Service Agreement

1. General Provisions

Welcome to the FloFlo Membership Subscription Service!

Before using this service (hereinafter referred to as the “Membership Subscription Service”), please read and agree to the FloFlo Membership Subscription Service Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the “Agreement”). By selecting “Agree” or by actually using the service, you acknowledge that you have fully understood and accepted all terms of this Agreement.

1. Membership Subscription Service Content

After successfully activating or purchasing a membership subscription, you will enjoy the following benefits during the subscription period:

• Access to all advanced health analysis features
• Personalized health recommendations
• Early access to new features and updates
• Enhanced data management services

The specific content of the services is subject to what is displayed within the FloFlo app. FloFlo reserves the right to adjust the service content as part of ongoing product optimization.

1. Automatic Renewal Subscription Mechanism

3.1 Continuous Subscription

• Monthly Subscription: Automatically renews each month, allowing you to continuously enjoy the service.
• Annual Subscription: Automatically renews each year at a discounted annual rate.

By activating the subscription, you authorize FloFlo to automatically deduct the subscription fee from your linked third-party payment account (such as Apple Pay, Google Pay, etc.) within 24 hours before the end of the current subscription cycle.

3.2 User Obligations

• Ensure sufficient balance in your payment account
• Update expired or invalid payment information promptly
