1. What kind of subscription plan do you have?
Subscriptions provides an additional 8 blocks and 1500 email usage for $1. There are 3 subscriptions and you can use them adding free quota.
For example, if you start a $3 subscription plan, you can own 27 (3+24) blocks and send 4600 (100+4500) emails. If you need more use, please contact Help center.
Subscriptions can be initiated from the Plan on the Profile page. If there is a problem during the payment process, please contact Help center.
You can make a One-time Purchase on the Plan of the profile page. In One-time purchase, you can purchase blocks and emails counts by entering the purchase price and duration. We offer 6 blocks and 1200 e-mails for $1. The minimum price is $5 and you can enter the number of months you want.
