Subject: Bug Report

In the email, please include;

  1. Your account / username in the network
  2. What application the issue pertains to (Web, iOS, Android)
  3. What browser and/or device you were using when the issue occurred
  4. If the issue pertains to a mobile apps;
  1. A detailed description of the issue; steps taken, situational details, etc.

Potential troubleshooting

  1. Make sure your browser and/or device operating system is up to day
  2. Make sure your mobile application is up to date
  3. Shut down your device and restart it
  4. Quit the application and restart it
  5. Log out and log back in
  6. Make sure you’re logged into the correct account
