Styling Your Survey

Product Match surveys can be styled directly from the Shopify Theme Editor using the Survey Block settings. This allows you to tailor the look and feel of each survey to match the page it appears on — without changing the survey itself.

This guide explains each styling option and how it affects the customer experience.

Where Styling Happens

All survey styling is configured inside the Shopify Theme Editor, not in the survey editor.

To access styling options:

1. Go to Online Store → Themes
2. Click Edit theme (or Review)
3. Select the page where your survey is added
4. Click the Survey Block (Product Match)

You’ll now see all available styling and behavior options in the right-hand panel.

Core Configuration

Survey ID

This field connects the survey to your storefront.

• Paste the Survey ID you copied from the Product Match app
• Each survey block can reference a different survey if needed
