How to Use (Step-by-Step)
- Select the materials or the prop you want to profile, or assign a target object inside the window.
- Open Style DNA Profiler from the Art menu and build the profile so the tool can sample the material textures and generate the current dominant palette.
- Review the summary values for metallic, smoothness, saturation, brightness, warm or cool bias, then inspect the palette and shader frequency list for that capture.
- Use Capture Current To Scene DNA each time you want to add another prop, kit piece, or material group into the same scene-wide style session, then remove any unwanted swatches from the Curated Export Palette or run Merge Similar Colors with the tolerance slider to collapse near-duplicate swatches.
- Export the current JSON report for a single capture, or export the Scene DNA JSON and palette sheet when you want a combined profile of multiple captures.
