StudyCare is a study management app that helps users track study time and use statistics, rankings, AI study reports, friends, and group features. StudyCare collects and manages only the personal information necessary to provide the service.

1. Personal Information We Collect

   StudyCare may collect the following information:

   • Account information: email address, user ID
   • Profile information: nickname
   • Study records: study time by subject, study dates, timer records
   • Friend and group information: friend requests, friend list, group participation information, group ranking information
   • League and ranking information: weekly study time, overall league ranking, grade information
   • AI report information: study analysis results generated based on recent study records
   • Advertising information: advertising identifier, ad impressions, and ad interaction information
   • App usage information: app feature usage records, error information, and performance-related information

2. Purpose of Use

   StudyCare uses the collected information for the following purposes:

   • User registration and login
   • Saving study time records
   • Providing statistics, calendar, and ranking features
   • Providing friend, group, and group ranking features
   • Generating AI study reports
   • Improving app features and resolving errors
   • Providing advertisements and measuring ad performance
   • Preventing misuse and maintaining service stability
   1. AI Report Processing

   StudyCare generates AI study reports based on users’ study time and subject-specific study records. To generate AI reports, necessary study records may be transmitted to an external AI API provider. This information is used only to provide study analysis results.

3. Advertising

   StudyCare may display advertisements through Google AdMob. In the process of providing advertisements, information such as advertising identifiers, device information, ad impressions, and ad click information may be processed by Google. Google’s processing of personal information is governed by Google’s Privacy Policy.

4. Retention Period

   StudyCare retains personal information while the user uses the service. When a user requests account deletion or when the purpose of use has been fulfilled, StudyCare deletes the personal information, except where retention is required by applicable laws or regulations.

5. Sharing of Personal Information

   StudyCare does not sell users’ personal information. However, the following external services may be used to provide the service:

   • Supabase: login, database, and user data storage
   • OpenAI API: AI study report generation
   • Google AdMob: advertisement delivery and ad performance measurement
   • Apple App Store and Google Play: app distribution, review, and related processing

6. Protection of Personal Information

   StudyCare uses technical safeguards such as authentication, access restrictions, and secure communication to protect personal information. However, due to the nature of internet-based services, complete security cannot be guaranteed.

   Users may request access, correction, or deletion of their personal information. For account deletion or privacy-related inquiries, users may contact us using the email address below.

8. Children’s Privacy

   StudyCare is not intended for children under the age of 13. If StudyCare becomes aware that a child under 13 has provided personal information without parental consent, StudyCare may delete such information.

9. Changes to This Privacy Policy

   StudyCare may update this Privacy Policy when necessary. Changes will be announced through the app or distribution page.
