Daasign B.V.

Daasign B.V., registered in Rotterdam (3013 AK), with offices at Stationsplein 45 Unit A4.004, registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce under number 98013416, hereinafter referred to as “Daasign”.
Client: The natural person or legal entity entering into an agreement with Daasign for Project Services and/or Subscription Services.
PART I — GENERAL PROVISIONS
1.1 Project Services: one-time assignments with a predefined scope, timeline and price, such as website design, branding, product design or UX/UI projects.
1.2 Subscription Services: ongoing design services based on a monthly or annual subscription, where Client may submit ongoing design requests (“Requests”).
1.3 Request: an individual design request submitted by Client as part of the Subscription Services.
1.4 Business Days: Monday through Friday, excluding Dutch public holidays.
2.1 These terms and conditions apply to all quotations, offers, agreements and services provided by Daasign, for both Project Services and Subscription Services.
2.2 Any purchase or other terms and conditions of Client are expressly rejected.
2.3 Deviations from these terms and conditions are only valid if agreed upon in writing.
3.1 All quotations by Daasign are non-binding and valid for 14 days, unless otherwise indicated.
3.2 An agreement is formed at the moment Daasign receives a (digital) confirmation of the assignment, or at the moment Client subscribes via the designated platform.
4.1 Both parties shall communicate and collaborate regularly to ensure alignment on project goals, milestones and deliverables.
