CTP. TP. P. is hiring a part-time role for Studio Assistant.
Location: Berlin (Hybrid)
Hours: Part-time, flexible (approx. 5–10 hrs/week to start)

The Studio Assistant is an essential part of keeping the studio running smoothly and supporting its continued growth. In this role, you will collaborate closely with designer and founder Immo Schneider, helping to coordinate communication, schedules, and project workflows, while also contributing to the studio’s development through research and outreach to potential new clients.
This position suits someone who appreciates taking responsibility, staying organized, and being part of a small creative business that is actively shaping its own systems and processes.
The following list describes a broad variety of tasks, and there is absolutely no expectation that candidates excel in every single area. It is to outline the full range of possible work, touched upon areas, and many of these activities vary in importance over time.
This position is looking for individuals who have a good sense of their own strengths, who are naturally curious, and who feel at ease approaching a variety of responsibilities with thoughtfulness and openness as the studio’s needs evolve.
This is a part-time, freelance position. While remote work is supported, candidates will be encouraged to also attend on-site meetings at CTP.TP.P.'s office.

Located in Berlin Lichtenberg, the office is based in the well-known architectural building ‘San Gimignano Lichtenberg’ by b+ Architects and is part of a lively creative community spanning architecture, product design, fashion, and art production.

About CTP. TP. P.
Conversation Taking Place. Taking Place. Place. is a Berlin-based graphic design studio run solo by Immo Schneider. Specialised in focused and close collaborations with people, institutions, brands, artists and designers. He designs across a range of mediums including but not limited to publications, websites, posters, typefaces, exhibition design and artworks.
As I am developing a growing number of in-house publishing formats and collaborations with artists and designers, I’m looking for a Studio Assistant to help oversee the business business structure of the practice and support communication, planning, and external relationships.
