1. Services Provided

The Strong Dad Project provides online fitness and habit-based coaching services, including training guidance, nutrition education, accountability support, and related resources. All services are delivered digitally.

We do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

2. Payment Terms

Clients are charged in full at checkout unless a payment plan is selected. Payment plans require all installments to be paid on schedule. Failure to complete scheduled payments may result in suspension of services.

3. Refund Policy

We are committed to delivering high-quality coaching and support.

Refunds are not offered except where required by law or as explicitly stated in writing (e.g., a time-bound satisfaction guarantee, if applicable).

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Engage honestly in the coaching process
• Maintain communication with their coach
• Follow program guidance to the best of their ability
