🚀 Project Summary

At Battery Smart, I redesign of the Asset Movement System, a critical internal workflow that handles the daily transfer of batteries, chargers, and other high value assets across our growing partner and warehouse network.

We built a connected solution across two platforms:

JARVIS (Web): Used by Field Operations Managers to plan and assign tasks
BATTMAN (Mobile): Used by Field Executives to execute tasks on ground

📈 Impact Delivered

↓ 13% reduction in TAT for service battery replacements
Only 1 pilferage case post implementation from ~3% loss earlier
Prevented ₹1.2 CR+ worth of asset loss annually
Enabled movement for other use cases:
- Sending batteries for station go live
- Transfers to and from warehouses
- Buffer provisioning to avoid breakdowns
