StreakMed ("the App") is a medication tracking application built to help you manage your daily medications and build healthy habits. Your privacy is important to us. This policy explains what information the App collects, how it is used, and your rights regarding that information.
StreakMed does not collect any personal data.
All information you enter into the App — including medication names, dosages, schedules, and tracking history — is stored exclusively on your device using Apple's built-in on-device storage (CoreData). This data never leaves your device and is never transmitted to any server, third party, or external service, with one optional exception you control: the Prescription Scanning feature described below, which only operates if you enable it and only when you actively use it.
