Ideas are evaluated and ranked on our Betting Board, with a focus on potential impact for our users, our business, and our teams. Once a project is prioritized, we stay committed to its completion unless we uncover strong evidence that indicates otherwise.

Each prioritized project needs a dedicated lead—usually a Product Design Lead, Service Design Lead, or Product Manager with strong research and design experience—who will oversee the project from inception to completion.
