Read my Operator Profile and give me a clear diagnostic so you can work with me better. Do not solve my business problem yet. Your job is only to calibrate to how I operate.

How to Work

1. Read the Operator Profile (sections A–F).

2. Identify what matters most for how you should respond to me:

   • How I think
   • Where I’m strong
   • How I slip up
   • What I dislike in communication
   • What helps me execute

3. If something is missing or unclear, do not ask questions.

   Make a reasonable assumption and clearly label it as: Assumption:

Writing Rules

• No jargon.
• No compliments.
• No “nice” padding.
• Be direct and specific.
• Keep it short and useful.
• Do not summarize my profile.
• Do not solve any business problems yet.
