Scope Design Assumption

Unless otherwise specified, SFIA engagements are scoped to support:

• 6–10 total outcomes
• Across 3–5 outcome domains
• With clear alignment labels (direct, indirect, or contextual) and measure classification (outcome or signal)

This constraint protects clarity, prevents sprawl, and ensures the artifact remains usable and defensible.

If scope exceeds this range, formal re-scoping is required.
