Scope of Role and Experience

As a Strategic Agent Product Manager, you will:

• Build, design, and optimize enterprise-grade AI agents in collaboration with strategic customers
• Embed deeply within enterprise accounts to understand workflows, pain points, and AI roadmaps
• Act as a trusted advisor to CX, Product, and Operations leaders
• Influence product development by running tight customer feedback loops into engineering
• Represent the company externally, participating in strategic deployments and executive discussions
• Partner closely with the C-suite to shape the playbook for landing and scaling strategic logos
