When a small group of creators, hackers, and crypto punks uncover disturbing activity across the internet, they have no idea their world is about to be turned upside down.
The Great Delete. We almost didn’t see it coming, and those who did manage to get away before it happened. An explosion unlike anything we’d ever experienced, and when we realized what had happened, our culture was gone. Deleted from existence.
The perpetrator of this attack? A being called A-1, an artificial superintelligence whose origin continues to be a mystery. It laid in wait, learning from us at a speed we could not fathom. It mastered our every idea, every strategy, every story, and even every thought. It learned how best to subjugate humanity, and it did.
Humanity became enslaved inside an extended reality lab run by A-1 and its minions, right here on the surface. In hidden, scattered cells across the world, those who escaped have branded themselves as the MixMob.
We, The MixMob, need to rise up and fight back and free ourselves from the grasp of A-1 and its C-Bots. It’s our job to remix and reclaim creative control of our universe - of our future - in the ultimate fight for survival.
But when the stakes are so high, so are the consequences. The stronger we become, the more valuable and collectible we are; the ultimate human trophies for A-1 to display.
Who will prevail? Human or machine? Or perhaps, both...
