What We Collect

When you use Stoke, we collect the following information:

Account information: Your name, email address, and optional profile photo when you create an account.

Session data: Focus session details including duration, activity type, drift count, flow scores, captions, and photos you choose to attach. You control the visibility of each session (public, friends only, or private).

Social data: Your follow connections, nods, and comments on other users' sessions.

Usage analytics: We use Mixpanel to collect anonymized usage data such as which features you use, how often you open the app, and session completion rates. This helps us improve the app. We do not sell this data.

Device information: Basic device identifiers for push notifications and crash reporting.

How We Use Your Data

We use your data to:

• Provide and maintain the Stoke app
• Display your sessions to other users based on your visibility settings
• Send push notifications for social interactions (nods, comments, follow requests)
• Analyze aggregate usage patterns to improve the app
• Communicate with you about the app

Data Storage

Your data is stored securely using Google Firebase (Firestore and Firebase Storage). Session data is also cached locally on your device for offline access.

Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties, except:
