We are glad to have you as a part of our cohort. To ensure that you and your fellow members of the Stoa School community have a fulfilling experience, we have set out the following terms, conditions, rules, and guidelines. Please take a moment to acquaint yourself with these terms, conditions, rules, and guidelines (hereinafter referred to as the “T&Cs”).

The T&Cs governs Your participation in the programs offered by Questo Wellbeing Private Limited (collectively the “Programs”) and sets out the rules governing Your interaction with the Stoa community. Questo Wellbeing Private Limited (hereinafter referred to as “Questo”, “we”, “us”) is a company registered under the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 and having its registered office at Krushna Colony, Near MSEB Colony, Jail Road, Nashik Road, Nashik, India, 422101 and is engaged in provision of Programs through the Stoa School. Any reference to Questo shall also include a reference to the Stoa School

As a member of the cohort or a guest in the Stoa Community (“Fellow”/ “You” which shall mean and include any natural or legal person who has registered, enrolled for the Programs, or has gained access to the Programs or Stoa community) You understand that we provide the Programs through various communities, groups and meetings that are held on third party platforms, applications and websites as may be communicated by Questo from time to time (“Stoa Community”). The activities undertaken in the Stoa Community are bound also by these T&C. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Programs if you violate these T&Cs. We also reserve the right to bar, restrict or suspend any Fellow's access to any Stoa community at any time for any reason.

You agree to be bound by these T&Cs. If you do not agree to all the T&Cs, then you may not avail the Programs offered by Questo.

These T&Cs form a legal and binding agreement between You and Questo and is made pursuant to the terms of the Information Technology Act, 2000. As long as You comply with these T&Cs, we grant You a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited privilege to be part of the Stoa community and avail the Programs. By impliedly or expressly accepting these T&Cs, You also accept and agree to be bound by policies of Questo including but not limited to the Privacy Policy as amended from time to time which form a part of these T&Cs by reference.

By joining the Stoa Community and joining a Program offered by us, you agree that you have read and will follow these T&Cs. We offer you a safe space and a great opportunity to join likeminded individuals, participate in numerous activities and discussions and become a part of a larger community. 1. Acceptance of T&Cs

Questo reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to change, modify, add, or remove portions of these T&Cs, at any time without any prior written notice to the Fellow. It is the Fellow’s responsibility to review these T&Cs periodically for any updates/ changes. Your continued participation in any Stoa community following the modification of these T&Cs will imply the acceptance by You of the revisions.

User agrees and consents to be contacted by Questo through phone calls, SMS notifications or any other means of communication, in respect to the services provided by Questo even if contact number(s) provided to Questo are on Do Not Call Registry.

2. Community Rules

The Stoa Community is a way for each Fellow to interact with their peers and be a part of a larger community of founders and leaders. We encourage You to actively participate in the Programs and collaborate with other Fellows, guests, and our staff in the Stoa Community. Respect is the cornerstone of a great experience on the Program. Therefore, Questo requires all Fellows to represent and warrant that You shall not post, display, upload, modify, publish, transmit, update, or share any information on any Stoa Community that:

  1. Infringes on the intellectual property rights of any other person, Fellow, or entity.
