You now have a finished product in which you have invested a lot of time and effort and now it's about the king discipline and one of the most important parts of your business: Winning Customers and generating your first profits.

Direct approach MVP feedback provider

During your product development, you spoke with several potential target customers who validated your problem solution.

Exactly those will now be your first customers and act as the basis for your successful product launch.

You've talked to about 100 people about your product in Steps 2 and 3 of this program and generated a hot leads list of 10 high interest potential customers.

As an incentive and thank you for active participation, you can offer your first customers/hot leads a strong discount (60-80%)

The goal is to generate the first Euro of sales, to actively sell your product and at best to get references from the first customers!

Task1: Contact/call hot leads and provide deeply discounted offer

Task2: Contact/call the other leads and also provide heavily discounted offer

If you have carefully worked through all the previous steps, then these leads should turn into at least 1-2 sales.

Task3: Direct contact with other feedback providers and make heavily discounted offer

Once you've talked to your hot leads, you can now approach your other callers and make them the same offer.
