What is a micro problem solver?

Don’t get confused.

It’s just another name for lead magnets. I could have called it a lead magnet, but I chose not to. Because there’s a slight difference between a lead magnet and a micro problem solver.

What’s the first thing that comes to your mind after hearing the word lead magnet?

FREE STUFF!

Right?

And once you get down to create a lead magnet, these two words keep on running in the back of your head.

And hinders the QUALITY of the result.

You end up creating a mediocre lead magnet which, honestly, no one wants to read.

And you miss a major chance to deepen the relationship with your audience.

A lead magnet has two major functions:

a) establish you as an authority figure in the niche

b) build relationship with the audience

And a mediocre lead magnet could never build relationship or establish you as an authority.

That’s why…

You need to install a new program in your mental operating system.

The idea of a micro problem solver.

A micro problem solver is more fun to create, easy to create-consume, and has a higher perceived value as compared to a lead magnet.

How to create a micro problem solver?

If you’re trying to build a (successful) business, you must be solving a problem in the market.

A micro problem takes the problem and helps the audience go from position A to position B, aka helps them get a step closer to their desired goal.

For instance, if you’re helping people with productivity.

A micro problem solver could be a 7-day habit builder.

Once they’ll build habits, they’ll be a step closer to desired goal.

How to create a micro problem solver?

Take the problem you’re solving in the market and divide it into a step-by-step solution.

Let’s say you want to take them from their initial stage A (having a problem) to their desired outcome Z (happy customer).

However, they can’t jump directly from stage A to stage Z.

There’s a whole path that they would have to take if they wanna successfully reach their dream stage.

A micro problem solver helps them get from stage A to stage B (with the least resistance path and quickest time possible).

And makes them aware of the solution to go from stage B to stage Z.

Sounds esoteric and highly convoluted, right?

Here’s an example:

Consider each module of this playbook.

I could turn this playbook into an ebook, video course, or a drip email course.
