Dongle frequencies are randomized over 2.4ghz up to 2.48ghz.
There's only so many trackers you can fit in the 2.4ghz-2.48ghz band before they interfere with each other's signals.
You have basically 80 channels, where each dongle uses 7 channels, dongles do not transmit at the same time as one another, but, out of sync dongles can cause problems.
Dongles also transmit data, which can make neighbouring dongles deaf.
