MUDWTR is a daily ritual brand founded in 2018 by Shane Heath. After years of reckless caffeination that looked productive on the outside and felt like anxiety on the inside — wired mornings, midday crashes, a brain that wouldn't shut up — Shane built the rituals he wished existed. Using functional mushrooms and organic ingredients, he arrived at a better kind of energy. Steady, focused, and resilient enough to share with others.

The core insight: Caffeine IS a drug — we just don't treat it like one. 85% of adults drink coffee. A "cup of coffee" can mean 95mg or 300mg+. We normalize the symptoms (jitters, anxiety, crash, poor sleep) and blame ourselves. MUDWTR exists to break that cycle — not by demonizing coffee, but by offering something better.
