What is an Ideal SX Board Member?
Built in the heart of Atlanta at Georgia Tech, Startup Exchange (SX) is the Southeast's first and largest student-run entrepreneurship incubator, where we aim to foster a culture of innovation and entrepreneurship at the university level and spread it beyond Silicon Valley.
We provide a platform for students who revel in experimenting with cutting-edge technologies, catering to founders' needs with three main offerings: community programming, build sessions, and pitch competitions. As the sole student-run incubator at Georgia Tech and in Atlanta, Startup Exchange (SX) has unparalleled access to Atlanta's thriving entrepreneurial ecosystem, including venture capitalists, investors, and accomplished founders.
Our exceptional record of alumni success include Stord, Sora Schools, Ox, Glovo, and Memora Health, with a combined valuation of $4B+. These high-value startups are disrupting their respective industries, and their success demonstrates the impact of SX on Georgia Tech entrepreneurship. SX alumni have also received numerous accolades, such as the Forbes 30 under 30 list, the Kleiner Perkins Fellowship, the Bessemer Ventures Fellowship, and other notable awards/lists.
