How to engage with us?

Connecting with us is easy. After logging in:

  1. Click on your name and choose “Contact Support”.

Note: You can do the same on any of the “Contact Support” buttons you find in the system.

  1. Select “Send us a message” and write your question or feedback there.

  1. After making contact, you can see your recent messages at the top listed here on the home screen (1) and navigate to your conversation history by choosing messages (2) at the bottom.
