- Step out with your left foot
- Swing you right leg up, straight leg and pointed foot, spin flag clockwise and as your leg gets fully extended bring your flag under your leg and grab it with your left hand thumbs up
- As you approach 3, leg comes back down and on 3, your flag will be pointed down and your right hand will be readjusting as you bring it up
- Flag back to ready position
