Use this when a policy you wrote standard switches to trial. Call the client immediately.

Hey NAME, it’s YOUR NAME with AO. Just giving you an update on your policy here. It looks like home office did decide to put your policy on a trial basis which is not a big deal. It's actually a good thing. They're actually gonna be protecting you basically. So because you did have a couple of health history things going on they're going to complete underwriting first and then once underwriting is completed, then you'll be covered. The premium will be taken out once all that is completed, so no premium's will be drawn this week like we had previously discussed.

Once your policy is approved to complete underwriting, I'll give you a call to go over everything and get your family protected. The underwriting usually take 3-6 weeks.
