The Defend stage is the handover and closure phase. The remediation roadmap is transferred to the client team with named owners. The engagement is formally closed with a documented record. A follow-up review is scheduled to hold the remediation work accountable.

All 36 findings were confirmed Open at the closure date, with remediation ownership transferred to designated internal owners per finding. A 30-day follow-up review was scheduled for 17 June 2026 to assess Phase 1 completion. Review and Closure Documentation was produced, formally ending the engagement.
