⚡️ What is the final stage?

A pre-recorded video (max 5 minutes in length) covering the questions below. Feel free to be as creative as you would like or show anything that may show passion in your area of interest and tell us more about you. You do not have to answer these in order, and we will leave the video up to your discretion.

• What is something you are passionate about and why?
• Why are you the right person to join the Student Fellowship?
• Tell us about an Aussie or Kiwi startup you love and why you would want to work there?
• Share something you have produced that you are proud of
• Anything else that tells us more about you!

✅ Assessment of the Applications

Three different members of the wider Startmate community will then review your application, one of whom may end up being your coach (or your employer)! Don’t assume they know anything about you, so whatever you submitted in the first round is not assumed knowledge.

They will assess your video on the following:

• Desire to learn
• Motivation/hunger for joining
• Potential
• Getting things done
• Contribution to community
