Meals are only provided at Beyond The Valley and Pitch Music & Arts. Food tokens may be provided at single day events, but all staff are expected to bring or purchase their own meal and snacks.
Volunteers are not eligible for provided meals at any time.
All casual staff are entitled to a particular number of meals based on their shift allocations. These meal tokens are provided when staff sign on for their shift at Workforce HQ (unless the staff member is working somewhere that meals are delivered), or meals are delivered to the shift location (this is the most common way of working).
Tokens provided are the staff members responsibility. We cannot provide more tokens if they are lost.
